“The Reality of Postpartum Depression with Amanda Clay”
Episode 53
Amanda Clay is making her second guest appearance on the podcast, and this time we are diving in to the realities of postpartum depression. Amanda openly shares her experiences with PPD after the birth of her first son, and then again with her second son just a few months ago.

Amanda and I discuss how we both dealt with our own circumstances related to postpartum depression and anxiety, and share advice for other women who may be facing the same challenges.

She works at a therapeutic day school for children with Autism Spectrum Disorders where she’s frequently pinching herself with how lucky she is to have so much fun at work every day.
