Amanda and I discuss how we both dealt with our own circumstances related to postpartum depression and anxiety, and share advice for other women who may be facing the same challenges.
Amanda Clay is a St. Louis native and Chicagoland transplant as of 2012. She works at a therapeutic day school for children with Autism Spectrum Disorders where she’s frequently pinching herself with how lucky she is to have so much fun at work every day. Amanda has a husband and two young sons, and is navigating her way through new motherhood through minor failures and occasional triumphs.
